What are your delivery charges?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. UK Standard Delivery is FREE. Expedited delivery cost is £9.99. We also offer delivery to any country anywhere in the world. International delivery timescales vary, depending on the destination, but approximate delivery times are below. All orders are sent using a trackable service. Europe Standard Delivery: 7 – 10 working days. Delivery charge is £14.99. Rest of World Standard Delivery: 10 – 15 working days. Delivery charge is £17.99.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through PayPal, with full Buyer Protection available on all transactions.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that if you are purchasing our personalised wedding cards, we will need you to provide us with the text that you would like included on your cards. We will be happy to provide you with some sample texts to use.
How do I have my card personalised?
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the bride and groom’s details, as well as the text that you would like included inside the card. Once you are happy with the text that you would like used, we will begin printing your cards.
Can I order a sample before purchasing?
Yes, we recommend that a sample is purchased so you may get an idea of the quality of our invitations. Please note as samples tend to sell out very quickly, we kindly request that no more than 3 samples are purchased, this will ensure all customers have a chance to view a sample prior to purchasing.
Can I get my sample personalised?
Samples are not personalised, as they are sent to give you an indication of the quality of the invite. Once a full order is placed, we do send a digital mock of how your invite should look.
